I had to request a replacement for the one I received as the plastic fastener on the wristband was broken. I wore the replacement for about one month and the fastener just broke today. Unfortunately, the last day to return the watch was 3 days ago. The company's missions states: "Simply put, our mission is to make the most eco-friendly watch we possibly can."
